I have been photographing this beautiful lady for a couple years now. I have loved working with her and her hubby. They are so kind, sweet and caring. They are going to be amazing parents. I am so happy for them and can't wait to meet their new little guy. I love being able to capture so many special moments in peoples life's. I get to meet so many awesome people and when they come back year after year we became friends. It is one of the most rewarding jobs. Being a mom is another amazing and rewarding job. Congrats you guys!

Thanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience of mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
